I signed up for unemployment today since I got furloughed with everyone else in the company.
First time I ever signed up for unemployment. I hate it.
I dont like being paid to do nothing. its cool that i get to stay home and all and "work on myself" but it feels kind of dirty, desu.

I mean me being out of work is good for the country, myself, and those around me because it minimizes the chance of this spreading,
but being paid to do nothing just kinda feels wrong. And its not very helpful to our economy when I just absorb money. spending it'll grease the gears but i just dont like it.

I miss working.

I had 200 shares at 4 bucks, then 300 shares at 3 bucks, and it just kept dropping so i dropped out and now im committed to SQQQ. There was a rumor that George Zimmer was having a meeting with all the old executives and I was betting on Mr. Zimm to do a hostile acquisition, but I dont know how thats going to play out now that this whole thing happened.

But, if he DID acquire it, now would be the best time. I dont think he'd let the company he started die.
It's just a matter of what breaks first, Tailored brands or the quarantine.

That is one thing i dont understand, that companies like Costco and Amazon and such dont take necessary steps to protect their employees.
We shut down everything that was nonessential, while the essential companies dont ensure their staff are properly protected. Its a recipe for failure.

BUT,

I bought SQQQ right BEFORE the big green dildo, but im still holding. I'm holding because I honest to god feel it will pay off considering the route we are going. SQQQ as it sits right now looks really good and I really wish i held off and bought at its current price. my friend has it at 21-20 and im jealous. I'm not going to tell you to do it because i dont want that blood on my hands, but if i had the opportunity I would have bought as it sits now.

This is all new to me but based on what I'm seeing i think it will play out to my advantage despite the hole i am in right now.
