if I'm not mistaken aren't many "healthcare workers" in burgerland middlemen in an office because of your fucked up coverage system?

This makes me think Q is unironically real. Western medicine is not in the business of healing.

I had severe adrenal fatigue and my anxiety and stress got so bad I was dissociating with depersonalization and derealization. Then went to New Mexico to do somatic experiencing and the overlapping trauma release exercises and especially the trauma release exercises cured me. The dude behind it bercelli realized that wild animals who get attacked by predators never have long lasting effects of anxiety and stress after getting away from a predator attacking them because they instantly tremor out the stress and trauma and then go back to grazing 2 mins later like nothing ever happened. I went from 20% function to basically 98% in 2 weeks. It also helps with immunity too which is good for corona because your body isn’t all bottled up. Mental health issues isn’t in your head but trauma stored in your body.... which is why talk therapy doesn’t work.

I made a couple threads on this a few weeks back both threads a week apart and here was one of the responses from an biztard here when he saw my second thread a week later

Oh wow tell me about what it was like being attacked by a lion on the African Savannah. That sounds like serous trauma.
You do mean real trauma right not being yelled at by your dad when you were 12... right?

It’s all the same thing. These natural tremoring mechanisms we all have work for whether you got attacked by a lion or your dad fucked you in the ass when you were 12.

Literally all these vets and cops killing themselves with PTSD... their nervous systems are off kilter and need to be reset. It isn’t in their head it’s in their bodies. An anxious mind can’t exist in a relaxed body

>> No.18251247

>>18251022
There are videos of vets with PTSD who started doing this.... and they’ll start getting insane tremoring and movement and shit in one of their arms because when the IED went off they didn’t get to finish out the movement that was going to happen or something like that. Their nervous systems got stuck before their brain could recognize what was going on... and they got stuck in flight or fight

The two main positions are this....

#1. Lie on your back and put the bottoms of your feet together in a butterfly position then raise your kneecaps up 2-3-4-5 inches.

#2. Lie on your back with your knees up like you are about to do a sit up. Then put the inner parts of your feet together... and put the inner side of your kneecaps together so they are touching then move your kneecaps outward from each other 2-3-4-5-or 6 inches and find the sweet spot for where they start convulsing.

Also to warm up lie on your back and arch your back up and stay in that position for 1 min.

The oother 2 exercises only do for 3-8 mins. Gotta start slow with this. Your body will tell you when. To stop. For me when i first started doing it after 2 mins of feel like the top part of my chest by my neck started getting a numbness feeling and I simply stopped.

This is powerful stuff. First time I did it after going to a practitioner.... I’m driving on the highway and listening to music and I started singing along at the top of my lungs and dancing in the car like I was a 15 year old girl at a lollapalooza concert. I was like wtf?

>Orr, 64, worked for Dr. Pennie Marchetti for eight years. Marchetti laid off Orr and a part-time nurse as patient visits dropped nearly 80% during the novel coronavirus pandemic.

>Marchetti said she hopes to bring her staff back when her workload picks back up, but no one knows when that will be.

>Orr joins thousands of health care workers across the nation who have been laid off, furloughed or are working reduced hours as their services are deemed nonessential and patients skip routine visits during an outbreak of COVID-19 cases, based on reporting from advocacy groups and from news stories from across the nation.

I mean, I totally understand
I have a few medical issues (fatty liver, it sometimes gets bad enough that I basically get a dull pain in my midsection depending on my diet or what stars are aligned or whatever, I dunno), a piece of bread spikes my blood sugar to 160+ so I might be an undiagnosed type II diabetic, and a recurring ulcer (along with other hyperacidic symptoms like heartburns etc.)

But there's no way I'm stepping foot in a hospital right now. Covid was literally designed to kill people like me, with all these comorbidities.

There's probably tons of other people like me who are avoiding hospitals rn.

If you're not a nurse, dr/practitioner, or an emt it's more than likely your "healthcare" position is too specialized to warrant it staying open during a pandemic, and you dont have the creditentials to actually take the positions that are open.
