Guys help, I have 4x mortgages and 2x of my Tennies just told me they aren't paying their rent because they're stood down from their jobs.

This has to be illegal, right? I can barely afford to make the payments as it is, I'm gonna be underwater and I can't even sell any properties because the house inspections and auctions are suspended at the moment!

I'M GOING TO GO BANKRUPT AND LOSE EVERYTHING BECAUSE SOME DEADBEAT MILLENIALS CAN'T PAY THEIR GOD DAMN RENT!!!

I'm calling my local MP something must be done!!!!

I don't have any savings because everyone said housing prices will always rise here so you'd be a sucker to hold onto cash. I put everything into those DOWN PAYMENTS.

You put yourself in a very leveraged position with no cash reserves to even last a month? Sounds like you asked for it, OP.
Realistically, you should call your banks and negociate some kind of deferred payment plan, shouldn't be too hard to do.
