FBI seizes this guy's property because apparently "price gouging" is "illegal." What kind of bullshit is that?

>"Feldheim is also accused of price-gouging. On March 18, he’s suspected of selling a New Jersey doctor about 1,000 of the masks or $12,000, a markup of roughly 700 percent, authorities said."

>“the doctor reported to investigators that Feldheim was allegedly hoarding enough medical supplies “to outfit an entire hospital."

Sounds absolutely based to me.

>guy analyzes the market conditions and buys a commodity in the hopes that it will be more valuable in the future than it is now
>turns out he is right
>he is now a criminal
Please explain this logic to me.

good thing the FBI doesnt have time to show up in the offices of 4 united states senators and carry off their papers and electronic evidence for insider trading in millions of dollars of shares sold after receiving their top secret intelligence briefings from our CIA on the virus back in february while afterwards telling everyone the virus is a nothingburger and to keep carrying on as normal

now this is justice i can support. bust the guy making $500 selling masks he bought at homedepot, let the senators making $500 million. very fair, we should all be very proud of these brave men and women of federal law enforcement who have the utmost of respect for this nation and conviction to uphold its laws.

well, better get back to filing for unemployment wagie. oh your office closed for a holiday?
