My zillow app has been spamming price drops in the fringe millionaire zones and luxury apartment market. The only thing that will stop the SQQQ from skyrocketing is a mortgage freeze, the government would add lost bank revenue to the gigantic amounts they're already handing out. The U.S. government would have to pay the banks to hold US property, or just repossess the land itself, which is just straight communism with a bank in between.

SQQQ at 5k is required for capitalism to continue existing. Land is the base tangible asset that money can not manipulate far.
