If you were smart and read the article you would of saw that sergey said they are taking a "hybrid blockchain cloud approach" for decentralizing Celsius. Meaning Celsisus can control their backend while an oracle sources how yheir operations should run amd puts in on the blockchain as an audit trail. If you think a bit instead of cooming over that girl, you will see this will be very attractive to enterprise who dont want full decentralization, at least in these early stages of smart contracts. Basically its a huge get and new use case for enterprise.

Also, the board was clear targeted that day by some outside entitity. It would of made a thread or two, but the amplitude made it obvious.
