I have 5 high end rental condos, their total value being around $4.8MM. I get a cap rate of about 2.8% on average, earning me about $11,500 each month after carrying costs.

I am 35 years old, and inherited the condo I live in as well as three of the rentals. I bought the other two through cashing out crypto in 2017/2018 after getting into ETH at around $10.

And yes, all my tenants are paying their rent. They all have jobs which are valued by society and have rich parents to cover their costs (or in some of the cases probably just give them the money) incase they can't pay. How else do two girls in their late 20's afford $4500 rent?

Because I didn't have to start at the bottom like you?

Here's a reality check. You're not going to make it. You will always be poor.
