something like ~$3,000 before it bleeds to sub 1k

Yes, it's relevant. Bitcoin halving will also halve Bitcoin price.

Literally the only reason it's at ~$6.5k still. People who get bitcoin with win. There might be a rally IMO.

>> No.18215037

Bitcoin is already worthless for transactions, now it will be worthless for miners to verify those transactions. The chinese will then run their gamercards at max capacity and basically own all of bitcoin.

No one mines anymore its owned by corporations and shadow entities with massive farms, bitcoin is no longer the fun decentralized project it once was, it is a globalist whore.

If everyone hodling this garbage isn't buying more, where does the demand come from? You think people with actual wealth are going to decide to pump it just to help out the pathetic bagholders that are left over?

You know BTC is gonna pump huge this year from the amount of FUD threads like this. At the top of 2017 bullrun, there were many "positive" threads about bitcoin basically advertising it and trying to get people to buy more. You see that when a dump is coming, and FUD threads like this one when a pump is coming.

>> No.18216440

There is no incentive to go this high.

$800

>> No.18216462

>>18216437
Late 2018, before the huge dump from $6k to $3k, many people said $6k was the bottom because it can't go "below mining cost".

>> No.18216483

>>18216437
Because that's how a pyramid scheme works, you need more people to jump in with their money in order to make money, and so on and so on until you exit scam and the people who got in late get stuck with the bag.

You can hardly call this FUD. It's being realistic dumbass.

>> No.18216505

>>18216462
Yeah, that's not FUD, that's positive reinforcement. The sign of an incoming dump. The overall message on /biz/ then was "we are going sideways" or "can't go below $6k". I filter /biz/ for "BTC" multiple times a day, there are usually around only 3 to 5 threads with BTC in the title or OP. That my friend is very frickin small, the board is being filled up with as many threads about (not) BTC as possible by the people who don't want you to buy BTC under $7k.

>> No.18216531

>>18216483
My point is, the good old saying "do the opposite of what /biz/ says" holds true. Most BTC threads now are FUD, therefore: buy. We're in the middle of a global pandemic. When others are fearful, be greedy: buy.

I estimate a minimum of $37K EOY.

>> No.18216547

>>18216505
Except there's tons of "people" buying under 7k, which is a fucking brick wall of resistance and when those "people" remove their buy orders BTC comes crashing back down to the depths of hell

It's unironically going TO THE MOON. Once boomers and Xers figure out the government is going to evaporate their fiatbucks, they're gonna get pretty interested in bitcoin.

>> No.18216894

If current bag holders are lucky, BTC may manage to break 10k right before the halvning. And that's when they should get the fuck out, because that rug is gonna pull out like a mother fucker. Then, anyone who didn't pullout pre halvening will have a brief period to lose only 50% of their money on the halvening bump, if they don't pull out then, BTC is going to 200 dollars. "Brah just buy before the halvning, the model says BTC is gonna be worth 40k by December!!!!"
