the problem comes if LA county cases increase tremendously to where more things get locked down.

California has 3 of the largest ports in the country.. 2 of which are in LA county... so could get a slow down on imports/exports.... the other areas I don't think are too important but there are a lot of areas full of distribution and also areas full of agriculture in ca. Not really both XOM and CVX have only spent like 100 million vs 1.5 billion that ENI spent on green energy projects. American oil isn't motivated to really go after green energy projects because they don't get enough returns of those projects and oil has no real effective energy replacements at the moment like those Scandi and Swamp Germans keep pushing for.

I've lived here my whole life.. I know how the place is..... A lot of areas are tract homes with huge side yards and back yards....those areas on your map are SO small compared to where people live in the rest of the state and a lot of those areas in red are also pretty spread out. Take hollywood hills for example.. the houses are built on hills far apart from each other.. our geography doesn't really allow for mass density.. you have hills and earth quakes. we are very spread out compared to something like new york VERY... so don't be suprised when california number aren't to high.
