Don't live in a city the next few years. Find a rural area, get some guns, potatoes and seeds. Get solar. Self sufficiency is key

Negative interest rates 99.9% certainty for Eurozone. Take your money out of your bank before they start the haircuts.

I don’t care, because I can still sit inside and play Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater HD on my PlayStation 3.

At least when the fiat is physical, it's harder for them to manipulate. If the euro goes completely digital, your paper notes will probably have a lot more purchasing power on the long run.

You also have to realize that there's nothing you can do if the government decides to take your money directly from your bank account. With paper money, they can't do that.

I don’t disagree but it just seems like delaying the inevitable. I’d buy crypto if the chinks hadn’t cornered the market, pms being currently unavailable.

government can declare all paper notes illegal, give a small grace period where old paper money can be traded in for 90% tax rate, after your cash is worth nothing, this happened several times during the 1930-50 period

in the old days they would say yellow paper is worthless, now take this purple paper and several years later purple is worthless now its red paper
today they will force everyone onto digital accounts and cards that can be auto haircutted and taxed at will
if you are in the eurozone only gold, btc and dollars can save you purchasing power

As an Eurofag (Germanfag) especially i have to say that its pretty comfy around here. Health care is ok (because i can call in 6 Weeks ill at my job which the Employer has to pay) so in the other run its pretty balanced even tho i pay like a grant in total in taxes from wage and literally every shit here is taxed to hell but i can call in 6 weeks fully paid + the benefits i would have that days (holidays etc) . Plus i get like 40 Fully paid vacation days (where im mostly cooming).

Yeah its not fair with the tax cuts but who cares im saved on health aspect , also Job wise our social gibs take 60% of your net income if you get unemployed.
The government takes care of companies who called in "short term work" that means a company let his worker do less hours and the gov pays the workers.

Yeah working sucks around here with all them boomer Hans and Werners but if ur fucked up just call in sick for 3 or 2 weks , get fully paid , and have some distance before you come back, if needed.

I earn like 2.2k€ net after tax and im investing 2.1k€ in stonks and etfs (am still living with parents)
Im earning right now 2k€ in dividends which is pretty comfy.

Life aint that bad, work conditionwise germany is pretty based af if your working for a big company ofc.

How is it in 'murrica tho?? Kek

Deutsche Bank is literally geared for going heavily into negative interest rates. It has already been written. Just look at their balance sheet and structure. Expect -3% on your savings account.

Just watched an interview with Donald Tusk in which he said that every single European country will be in a situation worse than that of Greece in the peak of the last crisis.

Looking from the positive side, at least they will have more right wing government and more border control. Maybe the debt will finally start to get destroyed and the whole Europe will dive into depression. It seems at this point the only thing that can actually cure the completely fucked up system we are currently living in.
