Have any of you made a fuckton of money from stocks or cryptos?

I’m considering pattern day trading cryptos every time they dip then bounce to make some decent cash. Seems like a foolproof plan to make steady income.

No.
This is just an excuse to gamble without being seen as a degenerate.
And just like in gambling, the house always wins, but we get to have fun along the way.

Except it’s different from traditional gambling in a sense that you can watch the market and make accurate predictions of what will happen, it’s not entirely luck.

I inherited ~$175k and turned it into $450k just with VTSAX, SCHB, and monthly contributions. Does that count as a fuckton? Maybe not, but being in my mid 30s I'm very happy with it.

Hundreds of thousands, but I wouldn't call that making it yet. I'm shooting for 2 million.

I'm a migrant from /pol/ until this all blows over.
The schizos and some reasonable people there did actually see the crash happening some time ago.

My full time job is day trading crypto. But I only make about as much as a Walmart manager, I have no benefits and the risks are enormous. So think carefully.

I day trade massive stacks every day. I make my gains and get out when I'm down at a certain margin. I never leave my stacks out to the wind after each day or weekend. Rinse and repeat, it can never fail as long as someone is making money, pro-tip there are stocks designed to go up when things are bad. Also, if you know how to read proper diversions on charts etc, you can accurately predict Puts and Calls in options but meh.

My only regret is the IRS, they make a great day into average and an amazing day into great. Price to pay..
