They've been testing with "one of the largest Video Service Providers in China" which is presumed to be iQiyi, and performed as well as centralised offerings. They conclude the article effectively saying that video platforms should move to this type of product...

Worth noting NKN have almost no competition in this market, and no competition at all when it comes to network scalability.
