What if people stop paying rent? Even if the landlords are bailed out, are they still going to hold now that their asset has become a liability? The housing market is going to crash soon, I had friends delay their mortgages by 6 months (canadafag here), and their credit got fucked for it.
We've only had 3% of the population claim EI, the numbers gonna be much higher very soon.
I expect this to go on until May at earliest, possibly as late as August.
People really are fucked rn and properties are going to be the first to go.

I don't see why you shouldn't long mortgage backed securities. Everything is being propped up with fed funny money so real instate will be more hyperinflated than it already is in the near future. Banks aren't going to stop buying mortgage debts because there is no liquidity crisis. When there was in 08 real estate shit the bed, and then the fed started printing. The fed has already started printing so real estate will just become 5x more inflated.
