The ATH took 4 years to get to. It's going to take more years to get that high again, after this all unwinds. Recessions can take a year or more to turn around. 2020 is basically a write off now, as everyone rebuilds after the Kung Flu passes (we're a ways off from that.)

Trump will be lucky to see the markets anywhere near the ATHs right before he leaves office. It won't be bad, as things will definitely boom if he gets elected again, but expecting ATH back any time soon is either you're really young and naive, or you're just drunk on hopium.
