I've been buying DOW puts, cashing rent from my Asian tenants (no complaints whatsoever), buying gold and silver, some BTC and a bit of NWC for the staking event.

I'll be alright. Even though I'm just a wageslave, I'm a well protected wageslave who has a lot more seniority than other people at my company. They might be permanently laid off, but I'll be kept on just because experience becomes valued exponentially more during recession periods. My company may not be profitable at its current scale during a recession, but my skills still are. The guys who aren't profitable on their own will be the first to get let go
