I like just having a unit I don't need to worry about or do maintenance on or anything. So I rent an overly expensive luxury apartment in a nice suburb. I also travel a lot so it's nice to not have to worry about a house getting robbed or some s***.

They can't impose more than 1 month notice here in Europe. If the lease says 3 months, the amount of time is still 1 month because it's enforced by law.
