My first rental put in a new dishwasher and ac right away cause dishwasher leaked and AC was old.

While on a job at some other apt complex I saw the moldy horrifiying disaster that a couple chinks left behind, piles of garbage in an apartment and they had left without paying rent. I can only imagine nigger crackheads could be worse and graffiti the walls, tear up the floorboards to have a fire, etc.
