I've been considering investing into sin stocks but I've never done anything related before, could I get some advice /biz/?

RAI, PM, BTI and MO are all trading at or very near 52 week highs. A couple of them have very nice five year charts, a couple of them dont. Tobacco has also faced an existential threat for a very long time and while its been successful at doing well despite that you dont know how much longer it can keep up. Its not impossible to quit cigarettes either, dont fall for that meme. I was pack-a-day+ for 8 years and I am almost 400 days cold turkey and it really wasn't that hard.

Keep an eye on those companies and if one dips hard go in. When you buy is just as important as when you sell. That or buy some call options but if you've "never done anything related before" I would recommend not jumping into the wild, wonderful world of options right away.
