They're only going up because they got sold hard and are now bouncing.
Give it a week or two and they'll have dropped even more as people sell them for liquidity.

There's no increased premium on physical stuff where I live, aside from the retarded VAT that applies to them and the metals are very much available.
Whatever shortages you see are artificial or momentary at best, because there was a sudden rush to buy this stuff.
