I work at a financial institution. Most places already have policies about having to let us know ahead of times before you can withdraw certain amounts of money. We legally can put limits to how much you get without giving some form of ahead notice. right now we aren't worried about a bank run as much as slowing down the withdrawls boomers want because doing them interferes with how much we have on hand (obviously) and we want all of it for the ATM's so we dont have to let people inside. CDC was pretty clear on how they want shit to be done
