Give it about 5 years when the pain is felt. By my past research the consumer economy was spread thin enough before the virus outbreak.

As with just about anything financial, you have to run the numbers to get a more definitive answer.

I spoke to a financial advisor I may be working with in the future today and he said as of recently, only about 3-3.6% of people in retirement age had a considerable amount saved for retirement. That was also before this crisis. Plenty of funds have pulled out of the market or make significantly less on dividends now (rough guess of 13% change on average?). Meaning now boomers are likely more dependant on SSI and whatever other income available (such as what?) to keep prices high. Rates have gone up apparently for mortgages/refis because of such a high demand, meaning boomers have to add in even more risk and are likely now going to pay a higher premium. So the cumulative income loss for them is presumed to be greater.
I think it's safe to say that many will have to sell, liquidate a considerable amount of assets, and possibly try to reenter the workforce (causing lower wages cumulatively) to generate enough or comfortable income. They will have to be like the zoomer/millenial generation or else leverage themselves on debt like crazy, which begs the question, which bank is going to do that? And assuming the banks DO in fact do it, you're looking at another financial crises ALL OVER again, but even WORSE because of the already economically stressing factors. You guys, 10-15 years from now when the boomers start to die off and if they don't have enough assets to give back to the bank, that means a likely rise in delinquencies. They really are double whammying the younger generations here and as expected the banks will likely get another bailout and loads of other government/central bank support because they're definitely in bed with each other. Once the boomers die off, if bailouts aren't pushed back, guys I have really bad news. What we're looking at here is way worse (multiplied) than what we saw in 2008. Unless someone can prove it wrong but I'd definitely have to go over the numbers.

I'm attempting to run the numbers but all sources are just giving me sideways oriented information and a whole bunch of fluff. Reporters should be fired and all data should be released by analysts only. This is ridiculous. None of the information is consistent.

House wrap is semipermeable. It prevents the wicking of water while allowing moisture to slowly bake out. Water shouldn't be touching the wrap though. If it is, the flashing and caulking was done by a retard. Plywood walls will fail eventually too if you have water running against it for a year.

>>17951855
Metal roofs are noisy if there's no insulation. Ceramic tile roofs are very nice in warmer climates. They can have issues with freeze thaw cycles in cold climates.

It's manufactured all over. You need a reasonably large facility and some machinery to make it. But come on, it's not nanometer scale silicon lithography. It's gluing wood chips together with industrial efficiency. I've bought stuff from the east and west coast as well as Canada.
