IV so high on spy puts but k don't know what to do to keep 10% puts but sell and capture that iv

Currently in June 19 $130 strikes

Thinking of rolling this 10% down to $80 or $85 strikes so I'm not fucked if IV drops

Never invested in stocks before because I lacked the cash but now I want to get into it. Which broker do you recommend? I want to invest between 50-100k mid-long term into a few individual stocks. I don't want to daytrade. I can lose all the money without it affecting me negatively. I know I should diversify or invest into mutuals and similar but for now I will buy probably something along the lines of 30k Amazon, 20k Tesla, 10k Alibaba, 15k Alphabet, 15k Shell, maybe also 10k Applel.

I am Swiss and my bank would charge 0.7% fees and maybe other hidden costs on top of that. But it would be the easiest and safest option. If I choose a broker, I would probably transfer 100k to it, which requires trust.

Some questions:
>does the broker handle everything like dividends?
>if the broker goes bankrupt, do I get to keep my stocks? I don't plan to keep any significant amounts of cash idling
