It’s the same in most walks of life. The runaway success stories are never balanced with their contemporaries who flamed out doing the same shit. So we think it’s a fair game that can be understood and played.

This specific case was incredibly easy to predict, which is why I sold everything mid Feb but did not short, but it's more of a principle thing for me. Fundamentally, it's not hard to predict markets, but markets don't run on fundamentals, they run on hype. These markets are manipulated beyond belief & there are people with deep pockets and connections with a ton of incentive to abuse it for their benefit.
