I think a lot claim to be, but I also think the recent changes to RandomX made it possible to mine even on lower end CPUs.

Some Argentina /anon/ had mentioned that in economic crisis, govts reduce energy costs dramatically. I'd be interested to see if cheap energy costs pump it too.
