I don't know shit about FTX or BULL, so I'll talk basics here.

This comes down to how risk averse you are. If you want to play it safe, Then stay in ETH, when shit starts picking up again later in the year, that ETH will go right on up as well.

A smaller thing like FTX on the other hand is a lot riskier. There is no guarantee it will go up, but with lo market cap coins like that, The potential for massive gains is so much higher. IF it takes off.
