Little things that will help you cope with the current crisis:
Play indoor games and avoid playing online games, also avoid playing outdoor games due to the virus, take medications like antidepressants, go to sleep, eat plenty of food especially vegetables and avoid processed meat or canned or salty foods, pick up a pen and draw something, listen to music, watch films and movies. We're all in this together. The crisis shall pass soon.

My stock portfolio tanked 50% but I have a bunch of houses with only tiny amounts of debt on them that a rented out to professionals. I have other assets too, a pretty stable job and am liquid. There is literally no point in selling at a loss for me. If I can ride this out debt free I'll come out ahead and do much better in an upswing. If it all goes to shit I have plenty of food and ammo.
