I got a raise today after wage slaving for 1.5 years at my current company.

We have more than 2% inflation, I earn fucking less than on my very first day, how is this "RAISE" legal, what is this fucking shitshow.

What third world country are you from? I got an 8% raise after 3 months, then after my first year I negotiated a 42% raise before signing my permanent contract with an addition that I'd get another 5% after meeting some goals by January this year.

Expecting at least 10% by January next year.
