Reallocation plays a factor, for a brief time, BTC was holding up against equities. I'm sure several well diversified, aggressive investor whales have just found better value elsewhere. It will rebound, the halving will force prices upward too. SARS petered out, so will this virus. I believe the high mutation rate means the virus itself has a difficult time with too many iterations of division, eventually the lineages skew so far off that they just can't maintain an endemic. Business as usual will resume. There will be serious value in blockchain projects, perhaps in the next few weeks. It's hard to say we've hit bottom yet, as the virus will get much worse before it gets better.
