Wait for BTC to tank and buy (probably in a week or two, but again keep checking the trend). For stocks, Boeing is high risk (it's plummeting atm) but high reward since I'm estimating that the feds will bail them out. Apple is also down but there's less chance of reward from that since there's no guaranteed bail. Beyond meat is low risk and low-to-mid reward and highly dependant on how the vegan mock meat market goes; I predict it will rise steadily at a good rate

I hear you. Last fall, I made a resolution of sorts to myself and use any money I'd otherwise spend on degenerate western media or dining out on stocks and crypto. It's kinda sickening that I used to spend over a grand in 6 months time on that kinda shit. Even with the crash, some of that money is still around, where as now I'd have nothing to show for it.
