I'm new to stocks and trading and stuff but a friend of mine told me it's a good time to start since prices are low.
What's a good online broker to start with? Pice related?

How the returns on it? I'd basically start with about 1000 bucks but I would like to eventually get within 10g or more

never catch a falling knife. wait til it drops more and when you see it slowly coming back, then buy.

in terms of brokerages, don't fall for the mobile app memes like robinhood and acorns. just look at how the website looks and if you like the presentation and convenience.
