it's like you wanna look at the bottom triangle line as support, but ignore the top triangle line as resistance. BTC log chart got wrecked last night and is no longer valid. we got this meme triangle now that is still going to take a long time to complete.

right, so come back in a year or two then. point is all your bull halvening memes are invalid. it's going to take time to play out....whether or not it's a bullish or bearish pennant is pretty much just a guess too seeing as how it encompasses the whole god damn history of this coin.

and it looked shit a year ago and then tripled within a few months.
i have no idea what exactly will happen, but my money is on ~5k holding, this all being a bullish pennant and BTC going back to ATH within the year, because that was the plan months ago.
this is unironically almost the exact same shape i foresaw roughly in december, i just didn't think there would be general economic sentiment incentivizing it (it seemed evident from the chart itself). i expected it to form a smaller decending triangle and then bounce upwards from the 200 MA - instead we got a massive head&shoulders and the same bounce from the same key level.

all it takes for it to massively moon is for it to hold right now and for this corona thing to die off in the west instead of going exponential (which it will, because it's literally just a scare to take away cash forever and to implement mandatory vaccinations next winter). if the chinese get back to work soon or simply drag millions of rural idiots into the city to keep production afloat for a while you will all feel like massive idiots for ever panicking and missing out.

guess what: charts don't massively drop without negative sentiment, they drop because people panic. just because you're feeling that panic right now doesn't mean it's justified or somehow advantageous, it just means your mindset is pretty damn close to that of the 90% of people that on average lose money at financial markets.
either learn to ignore that fear and see what's actually in front of you or drop out of the market forever.
> you think bitcoin looks bullish right now? it looks shit to me desu.
we had that EXACT same sentiment just weeks before it literally tripled in value. keep selling the bottom, desu. never improve.

no idea, too early to tell. i'm just waiting for the chart to tell me what's going to happen.
will probably go down a little more - when the 200 MA breaks (~5k right now), that is when BTCs future starts to honestly look dark

>> No.17741888

>>17741231
no dude, I'm just being honest with myself. you legit think this is going to go to an ATH this year?
I saw the low 7Ks as an important support for the bullish narrative and that got wrecked last night. time to reevaluate. you wanna pretend like nothing changed and the the shape is the same as it was yesterday, but it's not. $5.5k is another important support and I also think it will hold, but that doesn't mean BTC is set to moon in the mid to short term. honestly looks like it's gonna fizzle out over the next few years to me.
we really thought this would go up forever?
