I've taken Adderall since I was diagnosed with ADHD at 21. My concentration, focus, attention, stamina, multitasking, drive, libido, confidence, sexual performance, metabolism and GPA all improved significantly.

At my peak I was taking 60 MG of Adderall Instant Release which was too much. I tried Vyvanse but that was too weak and subtle.

I'm on 40 MG of Adderall Extended Release and it's the perfect amount.

Haven't tried modafinil. Currently on 15mg dexedrine spansule. Focused, but still posting on 4chan instead of on my Assembly lecture I'm sitting in. The productivity on a given task is great, but the motivation to do the "correct" task is still on you. You will find yourself texting or playing smash bros for 6 hours if you're not careful. Don't get in the habit of shuffing your work off like I do.

I got a prescription for 20mg xrs
I usually take about 5-10mg a day on the days that I take it (4-5 per week). Just open the cap and pour a third into your mouth, then save the other bit.

I've only done modafinil a long time ago; it's easier to buy adrafinil (analog) online in the US. It's OK, I use it less frequently, that's the one I take when I really need it.

The cleanest is doing a very tiny amount of amphetamines * modafinil/adrafinil + caffiene. enough to get a little bit of energy from each, but little enough that you don't really notice any of them alone. if that makes sense
