As a STEM worker, the above is what you'll get endless amounts of. Recognize that, unless your a system administrator or some other type of administrative monkey, you *create* the product, the intellectual property. Without the creations of the STEM workers, fuckers like the faggot speaker wouldn't have anything to sell and would likely be selling used cars or working for Indians running Microsoft Support robocalling scams.

Play the game by being pleasant with them but make certain that you get paid for everything you do. Refuse to do anything for free and dare them to fire you. If you're any good, they probably won't because, when hiring, they can't discern a productive candidate from a total waste of a human being.
