What trading bots does biz use? inb4 i made my own.

>> No.17638836

I unironically don't. give me one

I use a supreme bot and stockpile items over a 1-2 year period. I then fly to tokyo, unload supreme (pay retail, sell at higher end of what you see on grailed/stockx) and get a free trip out of it. Did this in 2017 and 2018. Gonna keep doing it till Corona blows over and make a 2 week ski trip outta it.

Yes. I assume most bizlets weren’t apart of the break off from /g and can’t code. How’d you make yours then fren?

I'm not running bots right now desu, but I've played around with them in the past. not interested in trading bot specifically, but had bots looking for triangular arbitrage opportunities on Binance at one point. I don't have a big enough bankroll to spread around to make triangular arbitrage really worth while though. maybe I should look into using flashloans....

>> No.17639159

if you have any programming knowledge, its fairly trivial to get up and running. you want to plug into the exchanges web socket api to pull in live data. Binance has a good one and decent documentation so it's a good place to start.

I have a few other niche ideas that I never programmed. one of them was to scan the network for trade function calls coming out of fork delta and checking to see if someone missed or added an extra zero. (the one off fuckup), if so, post a transaction to match the other side of their trade with a higher gwei so that you'd catch their fuck up. nobody trades on forkdelta enough anymore to make this worth it, but back in the day this sort of bot would have probably grabbed a fair amount.

Ex-index options market maker here. I have a tool I wrote in VBA(yes, very archaic stuff) that interacts with my broker. It's a model that quickly finds mispriced options and hedges it perfectly so I can get some quick riskless arbitrages.

i would guess at least three quarters or even more are code illiterate here on biz and in those who are not, maybe a quarter are making bots, whether taking care of everything or more like mql4 or pine script style or something else.

Shieeet are bots on the market all just scams? Are there any legit ones?

>> No.17639240

>>17639224
Almost certainly a scam. If someone can develop a profitable model, they would use it to make millions instead of trying to sell it.

based. I think trading bot are too risky and complex desu, it's way smarter to try to find meaty arbitrage opportunities, specifically where other traders are fucking up. don't try to beat the market, try to catch people making bad trades.
