That's not an ICO retard, it's an IOU, meaning ICO buyers delegated their coins (which don't exist yet) to an exchange account. Also Polkadot will dump hard after launching. It's massively overvalued

Then realize that neither ethereum nor bitcoin will ever connect to polkadot.
In fact, they already have their own ethereum fork where they recovered their own ICO tokens, which are locked on the real eth chain because of their terrible multisig wallet fuck-up. Polkadot is a joke.
