Complete psychopath but he's right about investing your money in things that give you recurring returns, like dividends or staking. Obviously. Apparently some people need to hear that.

Dude is a complete basket case but his shit works and he gives great advice. Went to a 10X conference, have his books and will invest and join Cardone Capital for that sweet passive income.

10X life niggers, don’t be a little bitch, invest in this man.

buy houses that generate cashflow. Use cashflow to rent the house you live in.

How is this a hard concept to understand?

all these people are the same spouting their little ideas, the truth is none of them know actually how to get wealthy all they do is use whatever model and formula worked for them but at the same time, somebody else who did things totally different to them also made it and much richer.

The people who rely on these kind of people are the same as people that become devout to a religion, yes it can change your life and make you a better person but at the end of the day nobody knows if it is real or complete madeup bullshit. Listening to these people is fine but i think when it comes to guidance the first step should be to trust in your own judgement a little bit more and not blindly follow somebody elses pitch or program and once you start to do that you realise that you dont need people like this to influence your life as much as you initially thought

Yeaaaah. No. I think GC is an average salesperson. He's not that great. What he's good at is branding. He excels at marketing and branding. If you look at his videos, he will always include some kind of product placement. In his video he drinks Starbucks. In another vid he'll have mountain dew energy drink. GC has good general business sense but is a poor salesperson imo.

He's not the sales guru he portrays himself as, he got smoked in this interview.

Good for motivation (sell or be sold, the 10x rule), but if you actually get his sales training courses he's the definition of a cheesy car salesman and a lot of the instructions won't carry over into other industries.

Also, watch him in interviews (I mean really watch), the guy is a narcissistic psychopath.

With that said, at least he's actually doing something, so I can't fault him for being hungry and going after his goals.
