in case you're still reading, im here for you anon. I had life crippling insomnia from 2014 to 2018. It is the worst hell humanly imaginable.

You need to start weight lifting. After deadlifts, you will sleep. Good eating, weight lifting, even initially without sleep.

Kinda like the other guy said, but do cardio as well. And do it all before going to work of possible

Be careful, you'll literally get brain damage. I've got so much leeway with work if i get less than 6 hours of sleep i tend to message in to """work""" from home.

Stop using your electronic devices after 9pm, you will fall asleep. If you can’t get bluelight filtering glasses. Insomnia now a days is mostly just technology addicted zoomers fucking up their internal clocks with bluelights

Stop cooming/porn, stop constant dopamine chasing. Eat decent, lift and do cardio. Socialize. Challenge yourself. Learn to let go and just fall asleep. Abide by self control and go to bed at a reasonable time. The days pass and life goes on, every decision you make that is bad is another wasted time. No need for that stuff.

i am 35 and have struggled with this for years; had a sleep study with inconsistent results, happened with gf, happened during tfw nogf, i am fairly fit and exercise regularly. for me its like a mental thing, i can't shut off, almost 'scared' to sleep if that makes sense. wish i knew the answer OP.

Stop having insomnia. Lift heavy weights or take melatonin.

Amphetamines/adderall
Won't fix your sleep pattern, but you'll stop feeling like shit all day.
