If it was someone younger I'd say by all means hold, but in his case he doesn't have forever to live. IMO he should at least sell some when it hits 10 or 20 dollars, maybe before if this takes too long. It's still a four figure percent ROI so the money was well spent anyways. There's no point on having several million dollars worth of Link and not cashing out when you're nearing your 70's.
