At the moment it's not. We've just created an ERC-20 token and forked the chainlink codebase. We plan to finish what Link originally claimed it would do years ago and didn't deliver on (decentralized oracles).

We're trying to do things right from the start: aridropping the majority of tokens to people (rather than an ico). The whitepaper and first version of the website just launched on Monday. This project is still in its early stages.
