Will housing become cheaper? If btc pumps while normies crash 2022 should be a good time to transfer crypto gains in real estate?

People's fear is getting in the way of rational forecasts. People just selling because the next person is selling.
100x more people die of the flu each year (only around 3000 actual deaths so far by CV).

>They also find it irrational that we worry about Ebola more than falls from ladders that have killed many more people than Ebola. But Ebola is multiplicative: it has a very small probability of very large uncontrollable spread in the age of physical connectivity. Falls from ladder are from Mediocristan. They can’t decimate the European population.

Probably not. However, it will show that global supply chains are cancer. Sending our cotton around the earth to be turned into a $10 shirt and then sending it back around the earth again to sell for $15.

I am dumping all international exposure and switching into USA stocks while they are on sale.

You really don't understand the concept of exponentiality, do you? Current *confirmed* cases mean very little if cases multiply by hundreds in a few days like in Italy. With 20% critical cases you get a lot of death when the healthcare system gets overwhelmed.

This is the first week anon, the stock market is almost at early 2017 levels , back then bitcoin was 700 usd.

It's holding greatly, gold is also down next two weeks we will see bitcoin detach from this and start to grow.
