so the incentive is to dump the market so that the average investor loses confidence and sells... then when the market it stable again at a lower point he rebuys... this plan doesn't work for average people because they're trades don't even show as a blip on the graphs, it only works for mega whales, they move the market enough for the perception of confidence to be reduced, however this is only an illusion if the mega whale has himself not lost confidence, he is then only moving the market by how many degen average traders weak handedly sell.
