Yeah this is why I've been unemployed for a year straight out of college.
Been rejected several times for entry level positions. Reason why is that I had the skills and interviewed great, but they found someone with more "corporate level experience."
For an entry level job? Really? HR people are the most useless yet damaging people there is.
