Doesn't matter if you start with options, shares, spot, derivatives, or what have you but if you don't have an edge you will get rekt. I made a nice stack trading crypto but remember the stock market is different. Here's a babby's first strategy to get your mind working.
Start with a firm belief that in the long term the market will go up and in the medium/short term there will be tradeable volatility. Then look at what tickers are the least likely to ever go to zero which leaves the indexes like SPY, QQQ, etc. Then, realize the indexes move too slowly, which naturally leads to leveraged ETFs with indexes as the underlying so SPXL, TQQQ, etc. Upon realizing the dangers of margin, consider that leveraged ETFs are daily rebalanced and would have to drop an enormous amount in a single day to every get liquidated. With an index as the underlying, it's essentially never gonna happen barring all out total WWIII and even then who knows. Then look at the leveraged index and sector based ETFs and see which ones have the most plausible narrative for going up the most in the shortest amount of time. This leaves the tech ETFs like TQQQ, TECL, and SOXL. Of these SOXL is the top dog so maybe that's where the money goes. As babby's first strategy, keep enough SOXL in the account to beat the S&P 500 index soundly, this means always maintaining at least 1/5 of the account invested since typically if the S&P moves 10% in a few months you can expect SOXL to move 5x as far. Staying with me, take the remaining 4/5 of the account and strive to destroy the S&P through trading the volatility around the core position using a mean reversion strat.
You don't even have to do this but think through it and investigate the leveraged ETFs like SOXL, TECL, TQQQ, UPRO, SSO, etc. to see what's available and figure out what might work for you. An alternative is to all in on SOXL. I have some pasta explaining my reasoning I've posted a few times if you're interested

Their cuisine has literally no spices in it and everything imported is bastardized beyond recognition. Curry, "Baumkuchen", Burgers, etc.
The best sushi they make is literally fat and rice while the tasty meat is left to be eaten for cheap. Fine by me though.

A synthetic version of TQQQ has been backtested as long as the Nasdaq COMP index has existed and a synthetic synthetic version of TQQQ as far back as a plausible narrative can be pieced together for what would be in the Nasdaq. The results? Utter complete obliteration of any and all market returns. The only reason for pause right now is that the market has been pumping for over a decade so who knows maybe it pumps 2 more decades or it shats the bed before this post hits the page. SNSS is currently in their phase1b testing of Vecabrutinib, a BTK inhibitor that can treat people with CLL mutation (unlike it's competitors) and has significant value as a combination therapy with broader BTK inhibitors. Vecabrutinib was created by Biogen before BTK inhibition was proven to actually work against hematological cancers, and sold to SNSS for unbelievably cheap. Their 400mg cohort data is coming in Q1 2020, and their 300mg dose data showed near theraputic levels of BTK inhibition, including 1 40% tumor reduction, a mere 10% away from Partial Remission, meaning their data this time is likely to show tumor reduction and at least partial remissions. Other BTK inhibitors have shown massive value recently, like ARQL being bought out for 2.7 billion. Data is likely coming March 5th

yeah im just thinking of when facebook IPOd and i bought in at $30 something, which was just after the initial spike, and then a couple months later it was like at $40 or something and i bought some more, then it tanked down to the 20s and i got pissed and sold. if i had just held until today id have enough in FB stock alone to buy a house

The effects of microgravity can be mitigated with tech without getting rid of microgravity itself. Like the weakening of blood vessels can be mitigated by a body suit that creates differential pressure on your body preventing the vessels from atrophying. I dont see how artificial gravity is ever possible outside of spinning donut stuff.

yeah but its probably cheaper to acquire than develop your own rocket program from scratch. but it wouldnt surprise me if google has a secret rocket laboratory somewhere. you know its inevitable. right now they lease their satellite usage, which is never a good longterm business model. its always better to own in the long run, so its only a matter of time before they do

I think the theory is reasonably solid, but the practicality of building something that is designed to turn endlessly for millions of rotations is a challenge. Everything wears down eventually, and the slightest problem could depressurise a compartment or 2

Yeah its possible it dumps which is why i got shares for long term to hold and calls to profit short term from the big pump going on. It could end up doing some kind of BYND pump which is what everyone is looking for.

i just got spit roasted by kikes
>fund my account last week so I can trade a little more this week
>cash settles on monday morning, cool I can move it now
>monday buy aapl dip, amd, soxl
>tuesday sell off all 3 for a nifty profit
>get a call from broker
>hey man your bank pulled back the funds
>check brokerage account, all my gains are gone
>call bank
>they cant explain what happened, everything was okay
>broker cant explain what happened, everything was okay

the bank for some fucking reason pulled back the transfer after it had already gone through

my broker took the liberty of closing out my positions in the span of 30 minutes because my account was negative. funny thing is they only closed out my greens. all the deep red biomemes are still there.

WHAT THE FUCK

It's systematic though, biologically, our bodies are held together with connective tissues and bones that are specialised in resisting gravity. Without the constant force of gravity exerted on say, your neck muscles, it atrophies. The same applies to heart tissue, vascular smooth muscle, tendons, nerves, etc. At some point you won't have the muscular strength to be able to bust a shit, or stop yourself from pissing your pants.
