I'm going to move to such a country in the future, but right now, I just want to realize some crypto gains under the radar. No big amounts, just ATM tier amounts for daily spending. There are no bitcoin ATMs in my country at present.

if they're kiking users for $18 p.a. before they even gained traction, no interest.

Ok, but a crypto debit card won't help you there. A company large enough to have a visa debit card definitely reports to the taxman

I've been using it daily since last April in the UK and it's pretty great desu. Using it mostly as an on ramp since coinbase became shit here. Not cashed any large amounts out with it just some spending money. Made a decent bit of BTC back too.

>> No.17317333

>>17317173
And for the tax I would be fucking surprised if they reported it to anyone, as long as your not cashing out 10's of thousands. Especially since the UK doesn't have any strict crypto laws as far as I know.

Idk about that one, but in my honest option, crypto.com is killing it. https://platinum.crypto.com/
r/99cy2z2tj3 gets us both some free stuff.
For staking 50 mco, you get 2 percent cashback on all purchases. 500 mco gets you 3 percent, higher interest on holdings, and your MCO will collect interest as well. Of course, not your keys not your crypto, but moving over holdings to the card is pretty easy.

Also keep an eye on nexo, they are supposedly releasing a card but they have been supposedly doing it for months.

£12 a year for a service I use daily plus you will make that back with BTC easily. Again being this poor.

>>17317577
We will see but I highly doubt it for the amount I have "cashed out", probably less than £500. I have real sources of income too I'm not a neet living off crypto gains. This isn't the US, crypto to crypto trades aren't taxed here, so when I convert a little bit of crypto to spend its the same as trading it to a GBP stablecoin ie not taxable.

>> No.17318174

>>17317493
I thought they made you spend MCO. Is that not the case? That was the only thing holding me back from ordering.

>> No.17318209

>>17318174
Nope. Based on the page, looks like top up is supported by BTC, LTC, ETH, XRP, PAX, TUSD, EOS & XLM. Not super flexible, but I think they are trying to expand it. So that does get irritating, but honestly most people are gonna be converting to one of those to cash out ANYWAYS.

>£12 a year
that is precisely the point.
Their customers should be worth £50 (min) pa per piece to them. You know how PayPal got big? They used to pay £20 flat (or similar) per new customer. Naturally, they got scammed to fuck etc. but, it grew, reached critical mass, etc. Coinbase card costs fuck all, no fees. No idea of the differences, not going to look. Why? Because these kikes are too cheap to recognize, my custom is (at their stage of development) more valuable to them than it is to me. Pay these faggots vs. Coinbase (free) - who is going to win? And you know it. People don't get rich by giving away money

if you don't want to keep serious amounts in FIAT, it's very much worth it. you can convert crypto on the fly into fiat at 1 AM friday IF you need it and spend it right away. always only holding as much fiat as you must.
