Good afternoon. Who do we have on the call? Ok, great. I pinged everyone with the agenda, so let's get started.

From last week's minutes... did Marketing and Biz Dev roundtable on the new process improvements? Great. Mmhmm. Ok. Ok we don't need to involve the group, go ahead and take that offline. If you could send me your updates by COB, that'd be great. Let's dovetail the new requirements onto that piece as well. Mmhmm. Yes, ok super.

Next up, we're set for a soft launch on April 1. Do we have the resources lined up? Ok, I'll take an action to fire off a note to Ops. I'll pow-wow with them and report back.

Finally, our acquisitions group is looking to expand our presence in social media. Their goal is to engage the Facebook crowd and energize them to activate with our Twitter and G+ feeds. We're looking for conversions here, but let's make sure our list is targetted so our CPA stays reasonable. We'll loop back around on Friday for the presentation.

Just wanted to touch base with you real quick and get the ball rolling on this new project. I'm heading the operation for this so I really want to add some positive momentum so that we can make this a win win when we close the deal.

Now as you know I have a lot on my plate but that doesn't mean I don't run the numbers! You are my top performer and believe me it's on my radar, you just memorize these touch points when the rubber hits the road and make sure to flesh it out so it sounds natural.

I think this project has what it takes to really move the needle buddy and this could very well be game-changing. I know it's common to grab some low hanging fruit to make things work but try to think outside the box!

Well hopefully you can shift some paradigms and move the goal post with this project, we want to push that bang for your buck incentive. Usually I make the moves around here since it's in my wheelhouse but now you are in the drivers seat! It's all hands on deck right now! Remember! It's not value added unless it's synergy!!
