I had depression for about three years.
this is how I cured it:
I changed my surroundings.Before, I lived alone as an alcoholic, without much other
to do than to study die hard for 3 months a year. So I moved together
with a kindergarden friend, and took a full time job.
I even started working on some Raspberry projects and started a Sidebusiness, after work.
But living together with a friend feels like a never ending vacation trip.
