Meet Kevin's advice is better but he's shilling way harder than Graham.

The problem with Graham is that he doesn't value his time. He would rather save cents and lose dollars. Kind of like Warren Buffett getting McDonalds everyday instead of having his secretary get it for him.

For example, Graham will prepare his own food and make his own coffee to save money but his time is worth $1000/hr+ making Youtube videos if you discount their future revenues.

He should be paying someone or making his gf do everything for him so he can put out more content and make more money, but his Jewish penny pinching ways shine through.

Also, Graham's strategy for buying real estate is more like a core-plus strategy while Kevin's is like a value added strategy. Kevin's strategy is better for people starting out because they can immediately add equity, whereas Graham will buy in an up and coming area and wait.

Most people should just save their money and throw it in SPY etfs in a Roth IRA/401k. If you do that from your twenties there's pretty much no excuse to not retire worth at least a few million. Graham's advice will get you there. You'll never have a yacht or a harem but you'll be comfy.
