Who else is completely traumatized by the 2018 bear market and haven't bought BTC or alts because he was afraid of another dump, missing all the gains?

How do I get out of this?
Instead of market buying some alts that looks ready to take off, I still adding low orders that probably will never get filled, just to see everything moon.

I literally missed all of 2019 because I sold at 4200 liek a pussy because of the faggot fud on this board. Held my fiat like a fucking champ and didn't rebuy until december at 7300, but holy fuck the pump to 14k was excruciating to watch.
