It dosen't even matter, automation has aleady started and McDonald's and will accelerate in the coming years. First to go will be the window person who takes your order. A 30 dollar cell phone can convert voice to text more accurate than most of the people I have ordered food from at McDonald's and dosen't require 15 dollars an hour with mandatory leave for childbirth, grave sickness, vacation, etc. Automation is coming fast and people are going to be very shocked in the next 3 years when jobs start drying up in certain areas

in what world do you live in that you think somebody getting paid a subpar and not even livable wage (in most places working 40hrs a week) will give a fuck about making sure your shitty highly processed burger? The threat of losing their job and being unable to support their families or themselves is the only thing driving most wagies to even wake up in the morning top slog through another day of harassment.

You want quality service? You want your employees to give a fuck? Pay them more. If they don't have to constantly worry about what bill they're going to not pay this week to keep everything else running, then maybe they could focus more on the job at hand?

That's why I only work Sundays where I live now. I'm not working for less than what I think I'm worth. I do a 16 hour shift on Sunday at $21/hr, usually covers most of my expenses for the week. Fuck corporate america and fuck the boot lickers holding them up.
