I work at a smaller company, we have one major IT guy who sleeps in til like 11 and seems like the type to watch hentai on the job anyway so I'm not too concerned. I stick to reddit while on the company network and avoid any sites or keywords that could draw an immediate dismissal in the worst case. Odds are I would get a talking to before I got fired... and that hasn't happened yet. 3 years now of slacking off 50% of the time I'm at work. I consistently get shit done and I think that's all that matters.
